My wife and I first came across the condo complex in Ridgeway in the summer of 2018. They were just building the first block. That's when we decided maybe now is the time to downsize. We met Jon and had a look at the framing of the first bungalow, which is what we wanted. Having been in construction and an electrician all my life, I could foresee what this condo would look like apart from the plans and drawings. Hence, we purchased one. Once the model home was complete, we were in awe at the finished product. From the workmanship, the layout to the design, we were very impressed. We knew that we had made the right choice with Southport. Now it was time for our block to be built. Through the process we met Jon's family and workers. From Jon, Karen (and their children), Debbie, Dave, Steve and Andrew (Richard), they go the extra mile to make sure things are done properly and to the way that you want things done. Southport Builders are a step above the other builders. When our unit was complete, and we were the first ones in, it met all of our expectations. We haven't looked back at making this our new home.
